Audio failures disrupt Lincoln Planning Board's hybrid September meeting
Planning Board , Part 2 · Meeting of September 8, 2026
LINCOLN — Technical glitches leave Lincoln Planning Board's September votes unconfirmed. Co-Chairs Gary Taylor and Lynn DeLisi and members Susan Hall Mygatt, Rob Ahlert and Margaret Olson spent much of the hybrid Zoom session troubleshooting audio, with Taylor telling colleagues, "I had a little problem there for a few minutes, but I'm back." The board discussed a brief slide presentation introducing the town's comprehensive plan, housing production plan and open space plan, explicitly "just giving the residents notice," but deferred details to a future meeting. Members also indicated they would accept corrections Hall Mygatt proposed to the record.
A motion referenced later in the meeting, possibly tied to a South Great Road minor-change request, could not be confirmed from the recording; approved minutes will provide the official outcome.
