Select Board signs warrant for May 15 Annual Town Meeting

LINCOLN — April 15, 2021 — Lincoln Select Board signs May 15 town meeting warrant in roughly one minute. The April 15 board unanimously voted 3-0 to sign the warrant for the May 15, 2021 Annual Town Meeting and to direct the police chief to publicly post it under town bylaws, with Chair James Craig, member Jonathan Dwyer and member Jennifer Glass all voting in the affirmative. Town Administrator Tim Higgins confirmed the warrant was in "final, final" form and said staff had front-loaded the consent calendar in coordination with Town Clerk Sarah Holden: "We've loaded up, James, on the consent list." Glass flagged that two PILOT agreements remain dependent on pending state legislation but said "there's consensus among all the parties to go forward" and create the authority at town meeting regardless. No public comment was offered; the board adjourned at 8:04 a.m.
