Planning Board approves Baker Bridge home and Old County Road lot split

LINCOLN — November 24, 2020 — Planning Board clears two building projects and resets South Lincoln planning case. The board unanimously endorsed an Approval Not Required plan dividing 160 Old County Road, where the Grubers will grant a conservation restriction to the Lincoln Land Conservation Trust by Dec. 31, and approved site plan review for a new 8,854-square-foot home complex at 42 Baker Bridge Road designed by the Campbells after Love Lane Special Needs Program appealed an earlier ZBA variance. Engineer Dan Carr of Stamski and McNary confirmed a 5 percent driveway grade at Baker Bridge Road. On South Lincoln, Co-Chair Gary Taylor said the committee must "go back to square one and build up the factual basis," with a resident-led survey and updated housing analysis underway. The board also endorsed Paula as Director of Planning and Land Use and backed member Bob for the Battle Road Scenic Byway Committee.
