Planning Board approves Tack Room as new Lincoln Station restaurant and Page Farm Road addition

LINCOLN — December 14, 2021 — Lincoln Planning Board clears Tack Room restaurant at Lincoln Station and Page Farm Road home addition. Co-Chairs Lynn DeLisi and Gary Taylor, with members Rob Ahlert and Steve, voted 4-0 to approve an administrative amendment to the Rural Land Foundation's 2007 special permit, allowing new owner Mike Copover to replace the former Real restaurant with the Tack Room. The board separately approved a 30-by-30-inch matte black aluminum sign with reflective white vinyl lettering. Ahlert pushed to reimpose a 2007 condition barring deliveries and trash pickups between midnight and 6 a.m., citing Lincoln Woods, but withdrew the suggestion after DeLisi said "we didn't do this for the other restaurants and everything was fine." The board also approved, 4-0, a site plan for Monica Grewal and Jeffrey Ruberty's 3 Page Farm Road addition — 66.01 square feet west, 154.44 square feet east and a 22.5-by-25.6-foot bluestone terrace on a 6,914-square-foot gross floor area home — incorporating a plantings agreement with abutter Ken Bassett.
