Planning Board approves 95 South Great Road home with neighbor-driven conditions

LINCOLN — November 18, 2025 — Lincoln Planning Board approves 95 South Great Road house with abutter-driven conditions on parking and screening. The board on Nov. 18 voted 5-0 to grant site plan approval for Krishna Kandarpa's 4,133-square-foot, 26-foot-tall home on an undeveloped 80,011-square-foot lot, with 31 trees over 12 inches in diameter to be removed and the foundation pinned to on-site ledge. Conditions require a final landscape screening plan signed off in writing by abutters Jim and Sandy Storer of 89 South Great Road and the Shorbs at 99 South Great Road before a full certificate of occupancy, plus clearly marked property and work lines and on-site construction parking. "I would walk through stakes by mistake," Jim Storer told the board in requesting a temporary fence. The board also unanimously approved an AT&T eligible facilities request at 9 Mary's Way and treated a Brooks Hill sunroom rebuild as a minor change.
