Lincoln Home Sales Span $835,000 to $3.9 Million as July Deed Filings Show Wide Price Range

Twelve property transfers were recorded in Lincoln between July 3 and Aug. 1, with eight disclosing a sale price ranging from $835,000 to $3,900,000 and a median of $1,525,000. The month's top transaction was 93 Old Sudbury Rd, sold by Andrew J. and Kirsten N. Shilling to Nancy Styles, trustee of Styles Realty Trust, for $3,900,000. Three of the 12 transfers were same-family trust transfers with no price disclosed, a pattern consistent with estate planning rather than open-market activity. The remaining data shows sales spread across price tiers with no single street or neighborhood standing out, offering no clear signal of a buyer's or seller's market based on the recorded deeds alone.
