Lincoln recorded eight home sales between July 10 and Aug. 8, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds filings. Seven of the eight listed a sale price, ranging from $835,000 to $3.9 million, with a median of $1,335,000. The month's top sale was 93 Old Sudbury Rd., which sold for $3.9 million on July 15 to a trust. Two transfers, at 12 Bypass Rd. and 235 Aspen Cir. Unit 235, involved trustees, and one sale, at 103 S Great Rd., went to a limited liability company. No street recorded more than one sale, and no square footage data was available for comparison.
