Planning Board approves Codman Farm hoop house and walk-in freezer

LINCOLN -- April 25, 2023, Lincoln Planning Board clears Codman Farm hoop house and freezer, signs off on Davison Drive lot-line redraw. The board on April 25 unanimously approved a minor site plan amendment for Codman Community Farm covering a 16-by-100-foot hoop house set 98 feet off the nearest lot line and a 40-foot outdoor freezer with 18-pallet capacity against Barn B; member Craig recused, citing his seat on the farm's board. Members also approved an ANR redrawing the shared line between 66 and 70 Davison Drive into a 146,582-square-foot Lot A and a 165,485-square-foot Lot B for 70 Plus LLC. Board liaison Paula reported the state has extended Lincoln's $400,000 rural and small towns grant for septic design through June 30, 2024, "quite the negotiation with the state," she said. Members Margaret Olson and Craig reported the Community Center Building Committee seated them as liaisons but denied them a vote, the same posture taken with the school building project.
