Planning Board approves two farm sign permits, sends wastewater bids to closed session
LINCOLN — June 8, 2021 — Lincoln Planning Board clears two farm sign permits and bumps a Page Road pool review to July. Members approved an 8-by-24-inch path-side sign and a 24-by-36-inch farm stand sign on Parcel 179-320, the former Blue Heron Farm site, and a separate sign on Parcel 114-190 along Route 2A abutting Minute Man National Historical Park. Co-Chair Gary Taylor said he emailed the park inviting objections and got none, calling the sign "completely innocuous"; the applicant said the park's Margie Coffin Brown had walked the field and agreed on viewshed impacts. The board continued Joseph and Jennifer Kulchinski's 83 Page Road site plan review for an addition and pool to July 13 at 7 p.m., then entered executive session under Chapter 30B to evaluate engineering proposals for the town's wastewater treatment study.
