Planning Board endorses Page Road lot split and approves Conant Road sunroom change

LINCOLN — October 14, 2025 — Lincoln Planning Board endorses Page Road lot division and lines up three March warrant articles. The board voted 5-0 on Oct. 14 to endorse an Approval Not Required plan splitting 69 Page Road into a new 84,647-square-foot lot and a 10-acre remainder for owner Narayan Alachari, re-doing a 2016 endorsement whose mylar was lost. The board also approved 5-0 a minor change at 59 Conant Road converting an approved screened porch to a sunroom with a basement below, raising gross floor area from 8,676 to 8,960 square feet. Planning Director Paula Vaughn-MacKenzie previewed March warrant articles repealing the redundant wetland and watershed zoning section, cleaning up the 2025 protected-use ADU bylaw flagged by the Attorney General, and codifying dark-skies lighting standards. Co-Chair Lynn DeLisi called the AG's ADU setback interpretation "an overreach."
