Lincoln School Committee adopts strategic maps, accepts $6,000 PTO gift for outdoor program

LINCOLN — November 18, 2021 — Lincoln School Committee adopts strategic priority maps and weighs calendar against building delays. The committee unanimously accepted a $6,000 Lincoln PTO gift for a seventh- and eighth-grade Nature on Wheels program, approved the district strategic priority maps and the superintendent's annual evaluation plan, and approved warrants totaling $3,750,883.13. Superintendent Becky McFaul said state tiered focus monitoring reviewer Aaron Vanderveer called district inclusion work a potential model and was "extremely complimentary" of classroom engagement. A Hanscom vaccination clinic served roughly 75 children and a Saturday Lincoln clinic was set for about 150 registrants, with second doses Dec. 8 and Dec. 11.
