LINCOLN — February 6, 2023 — Lincoln Select Board trims annual town meeting warrant to 34 articles and debates two-room COVID protocols. The board, with Chair Jim Hutchinson and Member Jennifer Glass, worked through article ordering with Town Moderator Sarah Cannon Holden on February 6, settling on 13 consent calendar items and a predicted finish around 4 p.m. Town Administrator Tim Higgins reported that the Lincoln Commons development team would file its formal planning board application within days, with a March 6 Select Board presentation possible and a board endorsement vote that same night; the Commons' revised plan would add roughly 11 affordable units to the town's Subsidized Housing Inventory.
