LINCOLN -- June 18, 2025, Lincoln School Committee approves $4.1M in Hanscom reserve transfers and refreshes community center statement. Acting on a Collins Center review, the committee unanimously moved $551,000 into the Hanscom operating reserve, $640,000 into special education, $650,000 into capital, and $2,278,422.87 into the unemployment fund. A separate roll-call vote sent $494,707 from FY25 Hanscom funds to the town to close a Middlesex Retirement assessment variance flagged by the Sequel Group for FY24 and FY25. Members readopted their 2024 statement on the proposed community center with an added sentence applauding school administration, Superintendent Perry Graham, Business and Finance Administrator Angela Wang, Rob Ford and "most especially Brandon Kelly", for prepping "either eventuality." Susan Taylor will deliver the statement at the June 25 Special Town Meeting; Chair Matina Madrick will be out of the country.
